Each session is catered specifically to your needs. Your session can include the modalities that make sense for you in the time we have.

I offer 30, 60, 90, and 120 minute massage sessions.
Your session time is the time you’ll spend on the massage table and does not include intake or consultation, so we can focus on your needs and make the most of your time together.

A spacious, highly customized three-hour bodywork experience for people who need more time to slow down, decompress, and reconnect with their bodies.

Reduced rates are available for 60minute massages for anyone who needs them. No explanation or justification required.
If you're in a position to give a little extra, you can also choose to pay more to help make massage accessible to someone else.
